With NO fanfare, PTSPayPro, the PTSNetwork Inc. site that pays 250% over 10 days re-opened late last night (4th Jan). Although those who elected NOT to claim refunds have yet to have their accounts restored as promised (we were one of them), others who upgraded manually have reported no hitches.
